KITSUNE BURGERS COMMITS

Three things drive everything we do: taste, homemade, plant-based.

Every bun, sauce, falafel, mushroom nugget, vegan cheddar and vegan bacon is made from scratch in our cooking workshop in Forest. Not because it's trendy — because it tastes better.

We work with local Brussels suppliers we actually believe in. Our oyster mushrooms come from Permafungi, grown right here in Brussels. Most of our beers are brewed by Illegaal, a small brewery in Anderlecht. We don't just source local — we build real partnerships.

We keep our waste low, work with limited daily stocks to avoid food waste, and always have a doggy bag ready if you need one.

Our space is built the same way — second-hand furniture, a counter crafted from recycled materials by Woodstock Belgium, and rotating exhibitions from Belgian and international artists on the walls.

Kitsune is a place where everyone is welcome. Full stop. Especially our LGBTQIA+ community.
